다른 한일 쟁점이 되어온 문제에 대해서도 일본을 변호한다.

　“一九三七年、日本と中国の間で戦争が勃発しました。以後、毎年一〇万人以上の朝鮮人が自発的に日本に渡って行きました。より高い所得とより良い職場を得るためにです”(P22)

　1944年9月以降、実際に徴用されて日本に行った韓国人労働者についても、“彼らが奴隷として強制連行されたとか酷使されたという今日の通念は、一九六五年以後、日本の朝鮮総連系の学者たちが作り上げたでたらめな学説が、拡散した結果に過ぎません”(P23)と言い切る。

　他の、日韓の争点となってきた問題についても、日本を弁護する。
